# Pet Gatcha

Feed the machine Activity Coin and take your chances on a random pet egg, with better odds guaranteed the longer you go without a big hit.

## Location

| NPC | Coordinates | Cost per pull |
| ---------- | ---------------- | ---------------- |
| Pet Gatcha | prontera 165,172 | 10 Activity Coin |

## How it works

1. Talk to the Pet Gatcha machine — it shows your current luck meter and how many Activity Coin you're holding.
2. Choose **Pull!** and pay 10 Activity Coin.
3. The machine rolls a rarity tier and drops a random egg from that tier.

You need Activity Coin in hand to pull — see [Activity Coin](/wiki/economy-and-currencies/activity-coin.md) for how to earn it.

## Rarity tiers & odds

| Tier | Odds per pull |
| ------- | ------------- |
| General | \~96.5% |
| Premium | \~3% |
| MVP | \~0.5% |

Each tier draws from its own pool of pet eggs, so a Premium or MVP pull is guaranteed to hand you something rarer than the General pool offers.

## Pity system

The machine tracks your luck account-wide, and it persists even if you log out:

* **Premium pity:** if you go 10 pulls without landing Premium or better, your next pull is guaranteed Premium.
* **MVP pity:** if you go 100 pulls without landing MVP, your next pull is guaranteed MVP.

Landing a tier resets its own pity counter (and clears any lower pity counters too, since you already beat them). A Premium pull resets your Premium counter; an MVP pull resets both counters.
