# My Account (Web Panel)

Your web account panel is where you check on your characters, change your password, and rescue a character that got stuck somewhere.

## Getting to the panel

Log in at the website's **My Account** link (or `/account` if you're already signed in) with the username and password you registered with. If your session has expired, you'll be redirected to the login page automatically.

## Account overview

The panel's Account section shows:

| Field      | What it shows                            |
| ---------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Username   | Your login username                      |
| Account ID | Your account's internal ID               |
| Gender     | Male or Female, as set at registration   |
| Last login | Date/time you last logged into the panel |

## Your characters

The Characters section lists every character on your account with:

* Character name
* Base level and job level
* Current map (if available)
* Zeny on hand

This is a quick read-only snapshot — use it to check progress or Zeny across your roster without logging into the game.

## Stuck character? Reset to Prontera

If a character is stuck on a bad map or cell, use **Reset all to Prontera** in the panel. It teleports every **offline** character on your account to prontera 155,183. Online characters are skipped — log that character out first, then click the button again.

## Change password

Use the Change Password form to update your login password:

1. Enter your **current password**.
2. Enter your **new password** (4–32 characters).
3. Submit — the new password takes effect immediately for both the panel and in-game login.

There's no self-service "forgot password" reset. If you're locked out, reach out on [Discord](https://discord.gg/hyKUUFDbEV) for support.

## Logging out

Use the **Log out** button in the panel header to end your web session. This does not log out an active in-game character — that's handled separately in the client.
